Don't waste a Netflix pick. I mean, figured it would be bad, given that it was out in the theatres for what one week? But I figured, hey, they shot in Venice, at least it'll be fun to look at, so I can relive my memories of Venice. Did that in first 10 seconds, and the rest wasn't worth watching. I don't care what Jake Gyllenhaal thinks -- Heath Ledger is NOT attractive, and he's just not interesting to watch. And it was no fun watching Oliver Platt and Jeremy Irons play 2-dimensional buffoons, no matter how talented they are. Only made it through the first half or two-thirds or so, before deciding I cared more about finishing my book than I did about sitting through the end of this piece of dreck.
Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
