Pretty much what thatGuy stated. It was zooming along with weird aliens and strange questions and they were walking through a vast field of jars instead of eggs and Charlize Theron was being marvelously bitchy and then the wheels fell off.
I would argue that Ridley Scott is a great visualist but as a storyteller he leaves a lot to be desired. But this film looks great. It is how I want my future to look. I don't think Cameron captured the palette when he did Aliens, but he told a much better story.
There was just a lot of stupid stuff at the end that had me scratching my head. A lot of motivations that weren't really clear. Do Androids always have to be shifty?
