Pleasant "day in the life" from Yeti liked peeps
Today, my daughter hits her quarter century mark. She's taking a day off, just relaxing. We're not visiting but we called her and she seems to be having a good day.

It went poorly for me overall. I kept loosing work (mostly my errors because I got interrupted like a thousand times today). Didn't get half as far as I would've liked. We also had a contractor come by to tackle several odd tasks like putting up Stacy's massage bars. He turned out to be a bit off, talking to himself a lot and messing up on the bars. That was frustrating.

On the brighter side, my Surface Pro crashed a few days ago and I've been sorting work arounds. Finally fixed it today. Not quite a win, more of a recovery from a loss back to the status quo.

Also met up with someone who recognized me at the dog park - an old Academy student named Ari. We got to chatting a lot about Kung Fu & Qigong. Yuki played with his dog Nola. He kept calling me Glen, which was close. I would've never recognized him had he not said hello. Then it rained and me and Yukz got pretty wet.

Now I'm going to give up working for the day even though I'm nowhere near completion of the day's tasks. Gonna tuck into a movie and leftover Jakes.

Fleeing home to the mountains to see if I left some sanity there.

Sanity lost the election. Completely now that the house fell too.

Two telemeets, work, busting through this writers block, iaido.

Got a telemeet - the quarterly which is a big one - then work & writing. Have to skip yoga because of the telemeet.

Got my shots yesterday - Covid & flu. The shooter was a former rock medic. My right shoulder is crazy sore (Covid shot).

Might watch the fight tonight. The show starts early but there’s several prelim bouts. Depends on how the evening goes…

Shop day, but no stabbery. Relax for 36 hours and then start over again

I still say 'making jerky' is a euphemism. But given my dietary habits, it's not my biznezz.

Time for more cheese.
