Slept ok except only on one side. Now I’m achy (head & joints) and groggy, and my shoulder feels like it was stepped on by a Yeti in cleated crocs.

Powered thru my meetings and some misc task. Feel achy and on the edge of chills or cramping so I ate a tamale Stacy made for me and some advil and said ‘fuk it’.

I could hang tuff and power thru more but you know what? FUK IT.

I’m bundled up back in bed. There’s still some stuff I need to do today but first I’m going to try to nap.

i took a 2 hour nap. I feel a little better but I’m going to bail on Kung Fu. Maybe a nice hot epsom salt bath and some nite cheese.

Bailed on the bath. Tomorrow. 

Still feeling tweaky but not so bad. Weird achy chills but they seem to be fading. I'm hungry but food is unappetizing. My tinnitus is at 11. 

I think a good night's sleep and I hope to be fine tomorrow. 

So we gotta get annual boosters of this next? Ouch.

Had a shaky moment when I changed into my pjs but I grabbed a blanky and swaddled myself. I’m wearing my hoody to bed. Still edgy.

Made a tall cuppa chamomile and am bundled to pass out.
