In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.

Intriguing psychological entangling of writer's block and actor's block. One caveat: It's French. Still might seek it out.

Pass. Doesn't look like there will be swordfights. And it's just going to get to a point and end abruptly, resolving nothing but elucidating the existentialness of it all, like French films do.

Anne Hathaway and Stanley Tucci back together again in a film by Robert Zemeckis that is Co-written by Guillermo del Torro!
It looks terrible. I still have scars from Matewan.

I assume based on the Roald Dahl book. I haven't read it but I gather (from occasional mentions in the book section of The Guardian) that in the UK it's sort of a classic.

Roald Dahl book. Yes, a classic. I hear the original movie is a classic, too. I was drawn in by Hathaway but after seeing the trailer......not so much

That’s an older movie, isn’t it? 2018? Or has it been sitting in the can in a closet somewhere?

Anne has been on a downward spiral since she was Catwoman. I really enjoyed her earlier work but recently, she's been very disappointing.

Just saw Ocean's 8 and enjoyed her in that. Not sure where that fits in the timeline.
