If you've seen the trailer . .

Craig might have thought he was in the latest Bond film the way he was acting. And he did get the cool gadget. I liked Ford in the beginning of the movie when he was more of a prick. It was nice to see the actor who plays Boyd in Justified. I wish we had more of him.

There were a few fun moments, but not enough of them. Still not ready to jump on the Jon Favreau is a great director band wagon. I'll put him in the serviceable category.

It was beautifully shot right down to the same canyon they used in Silverado.

It kept me engaged while shuffling back and forth between Olympic commercials. I liked the idea of the plot more than the actualization, but as that idea was fundamentally comic book, I didn't have a lot of expectations. I liked Bond and Indy. I liked Olivia and totally had her character pegged from the beginning (was the nude scene more revealing in theaters? Because that would have elevated my review here). I still hate the M. Night Aang. Stupik punk kid. I was hoping beyond hope he would get violated by the aliens. I liked the dog. I have no opinion on Favreau. You know what this film could have really used? A sword fight.
