Nat Geo doc. Nicely done. I have fond memories of watching The Undersea World and followed Cousteau but still learned a lot. It’s amazing how much early footage there was but he was a self proclaimed filmmaker so it makes sense. It gets dismal in the end because we’re killing the ocean and he saw that decades ago but also inspirational because he was an inspirational figure. And it’s an amazing story how the Calypso came to be. His charisma still shines.
