The latest from Ringo Lam. A fairly standard Hong Kong tong thriller. Lam works the neon gaudiness of HK with his usual style and heavy-handed symbolism. Nice chases thru crowded streets, gritty fights and gun play. Absurd fraternal loyalty. Enjoyable yet not outstanding.
