Well, that was pretty bad. Lots of overacting. Lots of creaky circular dialogue that sounded like it came out of the movie, 'Airplane'
Whoo. Don't know why I will be watching again today. Oh, yeah, hope.

Believe it or not, I'm not a fan of the X Files. I've seen a few episodes and respect its impact on the genre, but like Dr. Who or Game of Thrones, I just never got into it enough to follow it. Lots of friend tell me I should, that it's my 'kind of show' but frankly (and again, believe it or not) I really try to limit my TV intake. That's the problem with having an addictive personality. You got to give certain things a wide berth, lest you get sucked down that rabbit hole, only to get your head lopped off by the Queen of Hearts.

The second episode of the X-Files was much better than the first episode. Which wasn't hard.

And then there was the 'Were-Monster' episode. It was hysterical. Best episode so far.

I'm with DM on this one. I never got drawn in. When the original series was in heavy syndication-rotation, I tried it (many times), but for some reason, this was always the episode that was on:
I suspect I am somehow caught in an X-Files meta-prank that has some deeper meaning.
The truth is out there...
