The Informant

I checked the date on this one. None of us go to the movies anymore. How sad.

Matt Damon did an excellent job as the less than truthful corporate whistle blower. He did a great job at befuddled and lack of understanding. The story is kind of weak and if you know the gotcha, there isn't a lot of suspense. But I'm still glad we went. I just wished Soderbergh would get off his cheap camera fetish. The film looked horrible.

Now, go out and see more movies.

...but we weren't thrilled in the least. Stupid netflix. We were hoping for something more Bourne or more Green Zone-ish.

Damon puts in a great performance and his lawyer was a laugh riot. But ultimately, we were not satisfied because we really wanted to watch something blow up. It looked more like the '70s than the '90s.

btw, it's The Informant! not The Informant. That should have been our warning sign. When do thrillers need punctuation?
