It's a documentary about the British influence on the making of Star Wars. Or basically how it was all Britains fault how good the movies. are.
It's actually quite a nice little documentary that talks about the original British elements on the creative team. It has some nice footage and gives a couple of good anecdotes. I could have gone with more details about the set construction and stuff but that just might be me.
I did learn one unique fact for the first time. The original light saber was based on the handle of an old school flash for a camera found at a camera shop. It was built in about an hour.
