Big Bang Theory

After I’ve only had about 8 hours of sleep over nearly 60 hours of tournament, I get really vulnerable. The series finale had me crying like a Yeti who dropped his axe and loped off his last toe. I’ve watched the show off and on over the years and now have this weird connection because one of the writer’s father was one of my mom’s doctors. I won’t say I’ll miss it because there’s so many repeats that I’ve yet to see. But the finale was super sweet, well played in my sleep sleep state. Even the bts end bumper got me misty. I should go to bed but I want to see Stacy since we haven’t seen each other in a week. Maybe I’ll watch Twilight Zone because our sub expires soon and I won’t be home again for 3 weeks

In retrospect, I cried more for the finale than I did for Endgame.  Actually I didn't cry at all at Endgame.  I think the last time I cried like that at something like this was when Spock died in Wrath of Khan.  But I blame my post-TCEC exhaustion.

Or you're just a big baby. I haven't seen the finale because it doesn't air until Thursday.

Oh sorry. I thought it aired last Thursday.

I’m not at all interested in Young Sheldon. But I would watch the hell out of Young Penny...

I could be wrong. I'm out of whack with my TV viewing. All my channels are different. But I thought it said there was still one more to go.

I beleive your are mistaken. It was last Thursday. Apparently martial artists in a storm is less stressful on the mind then herring lost cats while moving all your worldly possessions.

Thread Kill for the win!

Saw it last night. Liked it. Sad to see it go. It was consistently funny for the years I saw it. Initially I thought it was the dumbest show on TV, but I came around. Or was indoctrinated.

I still think about the time Sheldon trained Penny using Bon-Bons.

That was a good ep.  I share your initial and successive reaction.  It really grew on me, especially with the celeb cameos (one of Bob Newhart's greatest roles).  I'll be interested to see if the cast succeeds elsewhere.  I tried to watch Penny in Authors Anonymous and it was so bad I couldn't finish it.  I would watch Young Sheldon if any of the original cast makes a cameo (such an easy play if they need a ratings boost).  And like I said already, I would watch the hell out of Young Penny.

They could kill it with a reunion show in a few years, much like Friends could.
