So, it is a Magician remake. I was about to turn it off when I thought they cheated on the very first trick. But know they were just stealing a trick from Christopher Nolan's ''The Prestige"
It's a pretty straight forward rip off of Castle. There's a hot FBI agent instead of a police detective and Castle is a magician instead of a writer. And yes there is a season long mystery for him to uncover. The problem is that the Magician isn't nearly as lovable as Castle.
So, I am moving on.
