As a devout Stephen King fan I have to say this is his worst novel [FOR ME].
It is written from a 50 year old woman's POV and I found very little to relate to.
The writing is tight, the story semi-compelling (because of some supernatural aspects) but the characters were dry and boring.
It's King exploring his 'female' side and does not work. 'Gerald's Game' and 'Rose Madder' were much better.
