The Hedge Knight by George R.R. Martin (Comic Book version)
#1
My niece is a George R.R. Martin fanatic. She named her first daughter Daneirys after a charcter in the 'Ice and Fire' books.

This Xmas she gave me a set of the 6 comics based on 'The Hedge Knight' by George R.R. Martin.

Each cover was autographed by the man himself.

I think it devalues the comic (ruins the cover art and signatures cannot be verified), but I know they are authentic and think they're pretty cool.

The artwork is top-notch and the story lends itself very well to the graphic medium.

El Dingo says check them out.

Done that.

I actually bought the books as one stand alone Graphic Novel. All and All, it was not bad.

If you are a George RR fan, I suggest you check out Tuk Everlasting. If you can't find the book I'm sure I can send it to you. Unless it's at the Yeti's.
