Black Man (or here in the US Thirteen was Morgan's typical violent action fest impaired by bits of plot lodged between the scenes of genetically enhance mayhem. I liked it.

It is about prejudice in many forms and has a grim vision of the USA in the future. Lots of Bay Area scenes, too.
