Valet and Superbad
#1
Valet was Superbad. See what I did there? And Superbad was superbad as well. How many times do you want to hear the word cock in an hour and a half?

The Valet is a slight french film about a valet who's paid by a billionaire to sleep with the billionaire's mistress who also happens to be a super model. The twist? The valet doesn't want to sleep with the Super model because he's in love with his plane jane girlfriend. Ah, the hilarity! I should have stopped watching when I saw the film was rated PG-13. How can you have a french films without boobs? They did. It was all very unbelievable and not very funny.

Superbad was getting such raves, I felt the need to see it.I should have resisted. I was hoping it would surprise me along the lines of "American Pie" but it didn't. It just takes the swearing to a whole new level and I can't believe teens actually talk like that. Cock this and fuck that. And a really hilarious flashback about how the boy couldn't stop drawing penises. Yeeha. Funny. Not so much.

Seth Rogin who wrote the screenplay and starred in Knocked Up plays the one funny role as a new cop. He and his partner pick up one of the kids trying to buy booze named McLovin. McLovin and the cops driving and getting drunk and shooting their guns is close to being funny.

If there is a hilarious denoument, I didn't see it. I turned it off after the fight at a party over menustral blood.
So much for the flickr badge idea. Dammit
