We opted to pay the $$$ out of boredom/curiosity. I was skeptical as the IS a Disney production and it could have easily gone off the rails, but this was actually pretty well done. They took a page from Joker and did a great 180 origin story. They threw Devil Wears Prada and Oceans 12 into the mix and still came out with a good story with some good laughs. A fun ride. Good cast. The soundtrack selections were all pretty good, including Stooges, and Ike and Tina doing Zeppelin and Doors covers.

Nice. I'll wait until it's free.

Likewise although I almost went last Saturday. It was either that or
Godzilla v Kong which seemed like a better one for the big screen. But, like what happens so often nowadays, a nap won out.

I am now part of the Cruella crew. I did stay for the end credits.
It was better than expected but I still didn't like them messing with canon. As in I didn't like the mean Dalmatians, granted it gives reasoning down the road for why she wants to make a coat out of their fur. I felt bad for the henchmen who started out as her friends and she just used them. I think I liked Binky the best.
