It's a documentary about long time character actor, Dick Miller. I probably know him best from his turn in Gremlins as the plow driver, but he's been in hundreds of movies. He got his start with Roger Corman. Probably his biggest role was in Bucket of Blood. He turned down the lead in Little Shop of Horrors which went to his friend. Plenty of young filmmakers saw him in these movies and put Miller in their movies, especially Joe Dante.
His name came up on my radar because he passed away last week.
The documentary doesn't have a lot to say beyond the fact he was in a lot of movies and TV shows. Which is great and all, but it doesn't make for a very dynamic movie.
