Blaxploitation satire starring Michael Jai White. It misses its mark but not for lack of trying. Rodriguez or Tarantino coulda handled it. There were a few nice ideas but they weren’t actualized so I wasn’t really paying attention. You know a movie sux when you’re distracted by your phone.
