Pride and Prejudice and Zombies [2016]

Saw it on the plane on the way home. Enjoyed it immensely. Mixing the zombie story line into the original was well done. Sword fights and hand to hand could have been better as they were often shot in the dark, but I was watching on a tiny screen on the back of a seat and probably missed some of the details. Essentially, because of the zombie scourge, girls are sent off to study martial arts from the orient. The well-to-do study Japanese martial arts, whereas our ladies were only able to study those from China.  Dr Who puts in a good performance. Didn't recognize the other actors though.

Not bad, and included a bit of dialogue directly from the book. But the blatant cliff hanger ending blew. Apparently they expected to be making a sequel right about now.
