World War Z

The book has been reviewed elsewhere complete with a description of the damage done to DM by the brotherhood. I have not read the book and still don't plan to.

From the reviews or the internet outcry when the film came out, I guess the book and the movie are different. Shocker! Hollywood didn't respect the source material!

I enjoyed this film. Lots of action that made no sense. It had so many different set pieces. There was the escape from the city full of great car crashes. They had the army base raid. The battle for Jerusalem had a completely different tone. There is a battle in a plane. Then they head into Resident Evil territory as the hero has to go through the lab passed a hundred zombies. It was well told and fast paced with lots of great action. It probably helped the guy who directed it, Marc Forester, directed 'Quantum of Solace'

I'm sure I would have liked it less if I had read the book.
So much for the flickr badge idea. Dammit
