When Coco lost his Tonight Show gig and was contractually forbidden to appear on TV, he decided to go on the road with a variety show. This movie documents that 44 date tour.
Things I didn't know but learned from this film, Conan is a pretty good singer and guitarist. I also learned he is neurotic as hell. He hates his fans but will give them every minute of free time he has to the detriment to his health. He is mean to his crew, but they just ignore him because they are used to it.
It's an amazing warts and all look at the tour. You would think that during the editing process, Conan would have looked at the film and say "We can't show this. I look like an ass" but to his credit he released the film, warts and all.
There was some laughs as they showed some of the show. But mostly it was an uncompromising look at the show.
