Airplane movie. I didn't even watch the beginning because I wasn't into it, but a few minutes in I figured I should just listen in as it was in front of me and my eyes were too blurry for reading.
It's all about Christophe, who plays a fine psycho as is his typecasting. Cedric Digory was Pattinson's deepest role because all he can do is smolder, and even having not seen Twitlight, I'm confident that's all he does. Reese is pretty but fails to plumb the depths of a domestic abuse victim. There's a cool dwarf that isn't Dinklage. No swordfights - some knife brandishing, some mediocre fistacuffs and a teeny bit of bull hook battle, but totally unworthy of mention. The circus gone amuck was amusing, but this totally fails to get anywhere near the greatest circus film of all time - Freaks. In fact, it made me want to see Freaks again.
I can imagine this was a decent book.
