Wild 94.9 Comedy Jam @ Shoreline 8/13/11

Worked it because a kung fu sister just got her EMT and she was interested in RM. This freakin sold out the Shoreline tight. Haven't seen it that full in years.

Gabriel Iglesias was pretty funny. Lots of latino humor. He does good voices. His gay/bear voice was spot on.

There was some dude doing crappy stoner humor after the break - like Jack Black with frizzy hair and not in the least bit funny. He was going too fast - poor comic timing.

Chris Tucker was ok. He screams a lot. Did a semi-funny Michael Jackson impersonation and a great Obama.

There was some philipino comedian that was kind of funny. He did a lot of Asian stuff, like swearing in Vietnamese. He was okay. Can't remember his name right now tho.

Dave Chappelle seemed really stoned but he was hilarious. He played the Enter the Dragon theme as Asian drinking music, which was strangely entertaining. He also does a great Obama.

I heard this was some sort of comeback appearance. Honestly, I've never been much of a fan of his and didn't follow his story. He was at OSL too on Friday - at least that's what the Chron said today. Maybe he'll be at Adele tonight.
