One of the best written books I've read in a long time. You are not going to be cheerful at the end of it, but it is well done. Near future, post apocalypse, near London.

I must be dumb because for the first half of this book I thought it was set somewhere in the states . . . .
But it was well written. I did give it a bit of an eye roll when I realized it was another Zombie tale. But again well written.
But sad. But not the saddest I ever read. I'm still recovering from Soylent Green.

In the US? Really? I think you need to get out of the country for a while, someplace nice and rainy.
