change the coffee IV to a Diet Coke IV and that is SO me. But only if the IM was an interruption from a customer asking something everyone else in the universe who's ever touched a computer already knows. For example:
Customer: I can't get to the file to open.
TQ: Double click the file icon.
Customer: I've been doing that!!! It doesn't work.
TQ: Click it once and then press Enter, and let me know if that works.
Customer: That worked just fine! Why didn't anyone else tell me that's how to double click?
TQ: Buh-bye.
