Macho man action films continue to roll on. This film is everything you'd expect with no thought given to logic, plot or characterizations. The film just flows from one action set piece to another. It was odd towards the end of the film where the film ground to a halt as the characters stopped to have discussions.
Some of the action sequences were very good, especially the one at the end with the container ship, but I kept asking myself why were they going to all this trouble over the mcguffin. It would be a good film to watch with the brotherhood so we could argue over film semiotics.
