Fifteen or so. A lot of them keep pushing their dates in order to have in person festivals.

Happy Validation Day. And rather than be supremely pessimistic, I have an iota of optimism, because people at the Julian Dubuque festival might have watched the movie a bunch of time. Fingers slightly crossed.

As usual, check the Film Freeway page before posting about Validation Days. Julian Dubuque has pushed to March 5.

The Utah Film Festival will not be validating Stro. They jumped in a day early.
We are getting near the end of this festival journey.

Another Validation Day. I did check the Film Freeway page. It still shows New Dehli FF announcing today. I question that, though. Since their entry deadline was yesterday. How do they review a film for the inclusion into the festival in one day. Unless it's just an entry fee money grab. And no film festival would do that, right?

Another day without validation. The New Dehli Film Festival just posted the selected films on their website rather than posting through Film Freeway.

Today is a validation day. I keep doing this because it's too late to stop now. Today I'm waiting to hear from SF International Film Festival. Tomorrow is also a validation day for the Northwest Documentary film festival.

Well, I'm 0 for the Bay Area as the SF IFF will not validate Stro. However, it could be validation today from the Northwest Doc Film Festival. Fingers crossed.
As to SF IFF, they didn't even send out a note to tell me I hadn't been validated. I just saw on Film Freeway that my status had been changed to Not Selected. That was the first film festival to do that.
We are getting near the end....
