North Chamber

Just changed R2's filter (R2 is the mega industrial air filter LB got for us).

Trying not to get sucked in by CF's rabbit holes and get back to work.

RE: 4:20 - Greg - 09-03-2020

The interwebs are calling. Heed the call.

RE: 4:20 - Drunk Monk - 09-04-2020

I'll heed that call later...

Now in the North Chamber, writing like a fiend. Planning to deliver 3 articles over the Labor Day weekend, 1 for Den and 2 for FBU. No rest for the wicked.

RE: 4:20 - Drunk Monk - 09-06-2020

In the North Chamber putting the finishing touches on an extra credit FBU piece (it turns out the interview produced a third article I felt worthy of writing up).

It's 98 degrees, which makes it 96 degrees in the shade.

I remember this performance. I was standing up by JAH Med, and it had been a sweltering day at the river. By the time this came on, it had cooled off with nightfall - still hot but comfortably so. Man, I miss RotR...

RE: 4:20 - Drunk Monk - 09-07-2020

North Chamber. Chipping on some odd work things for FBU & Den, plus a nagging task for Immortal. It's not as hot today - only 92 degrees - but that's still hot. I thought I'd have more time to relax on this holiday day but I've still got a lot of loose ends to sort. Maybe things will settle down when the sun goes down, but then it'd be just like a regular work day. Oh fml.

RE: 4:20 - Drunk Monk - 09-08-2020

Mom's. She turned off Ellen. The guest was Ali Wong, and I kinda wanted to listen in, but my mom doesn't know who she is and doesn't care.

It's hot and the sky looks like spoiled vanilla ice cream. Can't see the mountains.

RE: 4:20 - Dr. Ivor Yeti - 09-08-2020

Cool back at the coast. Something to look forward to.

RE: 4:20 - Drunk Monk - 09-09-2020

Prepping for tomorrow's interview. The rep got the times confused - EDT or PDT - but we got it sorted. I decided not to invest in an iphone recorder and just speaker phone it and record off my laptop.

Stacy took Yuki to the dog park. I said something about the sunset but the sunset won't be for hours. The sky just looks dark out there from the smoke, like burnt umber.

RE: 4:20 - Drunk Monk - 09-10-2020

Watching a YouTube show featuring an old buddy of mine, house manager for the 'mo. Thinking up questions for Greg - trying not to be a smart ass...failing.

RE: 4:20 - Greg - 09-10-2020

Dude, play to your strengths.

RE: 4:20 - Drunk Monk - 09-11-2020

north chamber: writing and playing doorman to the dog. normally we leave the back door open but the air is too nasty.

RE: 4:20 - Drunk Monk - 09-12-2020

Dog park. Blue skies yet a feint smoke odor. It’s packed here. 16 hoomans. Half masked.

RE: 4:20 - Drunk Monk - 09-13-2020

Dog park again. Packed again. No smoke odor but overcast.

RE: 4:20 - Drunk Monk - 09-14-2020

Dog park @ 4:20 is the new routine for now. Same as yesterday here but not so packed.
