Dog walk. Grocery shopping. More dog walk. Yard watering. PT. I have a lot of day left. Might build some planter boxes for the garden. Give the dogs something else to destroy.

I am so sore. After Metallica I had a great Kung Fu session, then Stacy wanted to do some backpack training so we hiked 5 miles in Pogonip with Duke Yuki (her in full pack), then I joined her for a Yoga intensive with Kofi (yesterday was International Yoga Day).
I’m just gonna rest today. Maybe sauna. Maybe a spot of spam queueing & laundry to get a jump on next week.

Sunday chores including bird feeding, watering, and dog walking. I also started building the planter boxes. I'm going to avoid doomscrolling as much as possible. (Not to be confused with Doom Scrolling, which I can't quit)

2 telemeets. The 3rd was cancelled I think but I can’t remember why. I’m debating if I can make iaido tonight. I hate to miss a workout but it depends on where my ankle is tonight.

Good call. Nevertheless the faint aroma of spoil will be underneath that lovely scent of yeast farts.

I'd like to report that spoiled cat food scent has been defeated by the brown bread. The lovely mixture of kerrygold and brown bread in my belly is exhorting my sugar levels to unprecedented heights.
